爬過ptt的food 版文章,發現版上對這家餐廳大多是正面評價,所以昨天下午決定前往
                                                                               
沒想到卻是這幾年以來最糟糕的用餐經驗
                                                                               
1、餐具過髒
                                                                               
   尚未用餐之前,就發現桌上的碗有許多小黑點,馬上請服務生換過
                                                                               
2、荷葉糯米雞內餡是冰涼的
                                                                               
   等候許久才上的第一道菜

   沒想到,我剝開吃了一半、朋友只吃了一口之後,
                                                                               
   才發現裡頭內餡是冰涼的(現在流行雞肉冷盤嗎?)
                                                                               
   請服務生過來後,
                                                                               
   兩位服務生就在桌旁大聲討論之後下了結論:"給他們換一盤新的好了"
                                                                               
   所以撤回之後,重上一盤新的
                                                                               
3、候餐時間過久,最後才告知甜點沒了
                                                                               
   一開始點餐時,我們已點了木桶豆花當飯後甜點
                                                                               
   請服務生最後再上,用完其他港式小點之後,我們已告知可以上甜點了
                                                                               
   之前等候重蒸的糯米雞已經耗盡一大段時間
                                                                               
   所有餐點使用完畢之後,又枯坐十幾分鐘
                                                                               
   最後服務生才慌張地跑來,說木桶豆花已經賣完了.......
   (大約一個多小時以前就點了,賣完了不會早點告知嗎?)
                                                                               
4、結帳烏龍
                                                                               
   由於先前的荷葉糯米雞烏龍,發現帳單內被記兩盤荷葉糯米雞,當下已經提醒服務生
                                                                               
   說我們並非點兩盤,而是重上一盤新的
                                                                               
   結帳之前已經特別提醒了服務生,沒想到,最後還是來了錯誤的帳單金額
                                                                               
   只好再請小姐重新更正.......

總而言之,一連串不愉快經驗加乘
                                                                               
這大概是我這幾年來最糟糕的一次用餐經驗了
                                                                               
可能因為假日緣故,下午兩點了,該餐廳依然賓客滿座
                                                                               
品質卻是糟糕透頂

向餐廳人員反映之後,感覺也沒受到應有的尊重
                                                                               
不會再去第二次了
